AAU, Market and footprint of both fit VERY well in the B1G that JD envisions. This is not about today or 5 years from now, this is about 50 years from now. UConn WOULD help with getting more of the NYC market. Not letting the ACC get a foothold there by giving them UConn is also a very good move. Why add Rutgers if you're just going to give UConn away? And if Danny White can pull it off, New York State would add instate fees for the BTN in a state with 20 million people. That's 20,000,000, That's more than Minn, Wisc, Neb and Iowa combined. It's also more than Kansas, Oklahoma and Virginia combined. The B1G is not the SEC, you can't look at a schools football team and say they are or are not a B1G candidate. Word is they are moving closer to AAU membership. Stadium expansion is on the agenda.
